The 323 Push-Up Challenge invites participating organisations to put forward at least five people—staff, clients, or friends—to complete 323 push-ups in one hour during Richard’s visit. This represents his own daily target as he attempts 10,000 push-ups in January for Raise’25. Each participant raises £50, which is match-funded to £100, meaning every rep directly contributes to a powerful fundraising total as we push towards our target by 31st January 2026.

Alongside the 323 Challenge, participants can take on the full 10,000 Push-Up Challenge: 323 push-ups every day for 31 days. This advanced option mirrors Richard’s own month-long commitment. It requires discipline, focus, and determination, and those who complete it will earn the exclusive 10,000 Club T-shirt, reserved only for those who finish all 10,000 reps. It’s a test of resilience, teamwork and mindset, offering a meaningful way to support the final leg of Raise’25.

Throughout January, Richard will visit 20 workplaces across Oxfordshire, hosting a 323 Challenge session at each. These visits happen on working days and offer participants a unique, energy-filled experience. Each organisation receives a group photo opportunity, on-site support, and visibility as one of the host locations for this high-profile fundraiser. With only 20 slots available—and high expected demand—organisations can guarantee a place by committing to a £500 donation, otherwise availability is first come, first served.

B4 Member Becky Hodgson and her team at Hall Training are partnering with us to ensure participants complete the challenge safely and with correct technique. Every participant receives guidance on warm-ups, pacing, form, breathing and recovery. Whether individuals are seasoned gym-goers or complete beginners, Hall Training’s professionals will help everyone perform to their ability and enjoy the challenge. Their involvement ensures confidence, safety, and maximum enjoyment across all 20 locations, supporting individuals through every stage of the challenge.

Because this is a physically demanding challenge, all participants must ensure they are medically fit before taking part. We strongly advise everyone—especially those with pre-existing conditions or concerns—to seek appropriate medical advice and confirm they are safe to participate. All involvement is at the participant’s own discretion, and organisations hosting the challenge should communicate this clearly. Safety is our priority, and participants should only take part if confident in their physical capability.

Every participant will receive a professional group photograph taken with Richard at their organisation’s session. Those who successfully complete the 323 push-ups in one hour will receive a special edition 323 Challenge T-shirt, presented on the day. Individuals who complete the full 10,000 Push-Up Challenge in January will receive the exclusive 10,000 Club T-shirt, recognising exceptional dedication and stamina. These t-shirts act as lasting keepsakes to mark an inspiring physical and fundraising achievement.

Hosting the 323 Challenge is a brilliant way to boost team morale, camaraderie and motivation, especially at the start of a new year. It strengthens workplace culture, encourages healthy activity, and creates a fun, memorable shared experience. It also offers positive visibility within the Oxfordshire business community as your organisation supports Raise’25 in its final push. With Hall Training providing expert support, even those with minimal fitness experience can get involved safely and successfully.

To become one of the 20 host locations or to put forward participants for either challenge, please contact the Raise’25 team by emailing richard@b4-business.com. Let us know which January date suits your organisation best, and we will allocate slots in the order received, unless a £500 guaranteed-host donation is made. If you’re ready to motivate your team, raise vital funds and be part of something special, we’d love to hear from you.

The Oxfordshire Golf Challenge brings together organisations from across the county for a competitive, high-energy day of golf inspired by the Ryder Cup. Taking place at Frilford Heath Golf Club on Monday 28th September 2026, the event pits two teams — Oxford City versus Oxfordshire County — in a tournament designed to raise vital funds for Raise’25 while celebrating teamwork, camaraderie and friendly rivalry across the business community.

Led by team captains Justin Merritt (City) and Ben Procter (County), the challenge mirrors the excitement and structure of the Ryder Cup. Each side will field 40 business golfers, competing across multiple matches throughout the day. Every point contributes to the overall score, with the winning side lifting the prestigious Colin Rosser Cup. Whether you’re representing the blue of Oxford City or the green of Oxfordshire County, this is golf with purpose — and bags of personality.

The tournament features 2-v-2 matchplay fourballs, ensuring every pairing has the chance to influence the scoreboard. With 40 players per side, every result matters. Just like the traditional Ryder Cup, the magic number is 10½ points — the first team to reach that threshold wins the Colin Rosser Cup. The format guarantees excitement from start to finish, with rapid scoring swings, decisive pairings and plenty of opportunities for standout performances.

Businesses and individuals are invited to put themselves forward for selection by the City and County captains. To apply, golfers simply need to email richard@b4-business.com for an application form. Enter on your own or as a pair to play together. The fee to enter will be confirmed once we have completed the sponsorship drive which will help us to keep the fee to a minimum. Demand is expected to be extremely high, and with only 80 places available, we encourage early applications. To guarantee your place / places, please see sponsorship options alongside which include places at the event as part of the package.

To find out more about sponsorship opportunities which include guaranteed places for the event, please contact richard@b4-business.com and details will be sent.

Team captains Justin and Ben will review all entries and select 40 players for City and 40 for County based on golfing ability, balance of team strengths, and enthusiasm for the cause. The final teams will be announced in a live press conference at Frilford Heath Golf Club in April, adding to the drama and excitement. Successful applicants will receive full event details, pairings information and pre-tournament updates.

Beyond the sporting spectacle, the Oxfordshire Business Golf Challenge plays an important role in supporting Raise’25’s mission. The event unites businesses across the region in a shared goal of making a positive difference. The competitive format is fun, but the impact is real — golfers will be contributing directly to the Raise campaign while enjoying one of the county’s most prestigious courses.

This challenge is more than a golf day — it’s a networking opportunity, a team-building experience and a chance to represent your community with pride. Whether you’re a seasoned golfer or simply love the game, participating offers visibility, connection and a memorable day among Oxfordshire’s business leaders. City or County, every player becomes part of something bigger: a spirited, good-natured rivalry that raises meaningful funds and champions the very best of our region.

To give the Oxfordshire Golf Challenge a genuinely premium, Ryder-Cup-style atmosphere, every participant will receive a bespoke embroidered team shirt and cap, in either Oxford City blue or Oxfordshire County green. These will be issued at a special event where the teams will be announced to heighten team spirit and identity. The course itself will feature event signage, branded touchpoints and team photo backdrops, creating a professional, immersive experience that celebrates both the competition and the Raise’25 campaign.
